What we can help with
- Data corrections. If a rate or chart looks off, tell us the pair and what you expected — include a link to the page if you can.
- Requests. Want a currency, pair, or guide topic we don't cover yet? Suggest it.
- Methodology questions. How a rate is sourced or calculated — see the about & methodology page, or just ask.
- Privacy. Requests about your data are covered in our privacy policy.
What we can't do
We're an information site, not a money-transfer service or financial adviser, so we can't exchange money for you, move funds, or give personal financial advice. For the rate you'll actually pay, check directly with your bank or provider. See our terms & disclaimer for details.
